Pricing, answered

Is it really priced by team size, not per user?

Yes. You pick a plan for your team size and the whole platform is included. Add your entire crew within your tier and the bill doesn't move.

What happens if we outgrow our plan?

Move up to the next size whenever you're ready — no data migration, no re-buying features. Everything you set up carries over.

Are any features locked to higher plans?

No. Forms, work orders, assets, GPS tracking, reporting, directory and collaboration are on every plan. The only thing that changes between plans is how many people can log in.

Can we self-host it on our own servers?

Yes — self-hosting is core to Varda and available on every plan, not just Enterprise. Your records stay on your own infrastructure, in your jurisdiction, at any team size. Prefer cloud? We can host it for you instead — same platform either way.

How does billing work?

Licenses are billed annually per size tier — one predictable price covering your whole team within that band, every feature included. Optional add-ons like guided onboarding, data migration and premium support are available separately.

Is there a public reporting portal for residents?

Yes — a public "report an issue" (311) portal and a live service-status board are included on every plan, with your branding.
